Unfortunately, the hotel could use some updates. Maintenance issues like low water pressure and sluggish A/C marred an otherwise pleasant stay.

the pancake machine was a big hit with my family, even my husband who usually works with robots! the staff were super friendly, and we loved the frozen meals we found in the lobby for our late-night arrival. the metal crib provided for our baby was a nice touch, and having a fridge in the room was really handy.

I was extremely uneasy about the lack of security in the hotel. the elevators didn’t require a room key for access, which made me feel vulnerable. Worst of all, when I checked out, I found out that someone else had been given my room bill because they checked out of the same room after me, compromising my personal information.

The best part of my stay was being just a short walk from the boise river greenbelt for scenic strolls and having downtown attractions like the idaho state capitol building and the boise art museum within a reasonable distance. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast with lots of options to fuel my adventures each day.

Had an awesome time with friends! We enjoyed rafting and fishing. Loved being close to the Greenbelt for morning walks. The heated pool was a hit and the breakfast spread was amazing with plenty of options. The staff were super friendly, and the rooms were clean and well-equipped. Perfect for groups looking to unwind and have fun!

The only downside was that the hot tub wasn’t working during our stay, which was a bit disappointing after a long day out.
